Important Update
Due to high shipping demand over the season and current measures to protect the safety of our warehouse staffs, please expect delays in processing and delivering your order.

 

Purchases made with a discount of greater than 15% are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

 

Shipping

Processing & Dispatch: After you've placed an order with us, please allow 4-6 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your items. This time is necessary to ensure that your order is handled with the utmost care and accuracy.

Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll be provided with a tracking code. This code will be sent to the email address you used when placing the order. This allows you to monitor the journey of your package and get a clearer idea of its delivery date.

US Orders Delivery: For orders within the United States, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 days from the date it was dispatched. This is just an estimated delivery window, and while we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, there might be circumstances outside our control that could cause slight delays.

International Orders Delivery: For our valued international customers, the estimated delivery window is 4-7 days from the date of dispatch. Do note that international shipping can sometimes encounter delays due to customs processing, local postal service efficiency, and other factors. We advise keeping an eye on your tracking information for any updates.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping with no order minimum.

 

***Our shipping partner, UPS, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched.

***If you would like to authorize our shipping partner, USPS, to leave your package at your delivery address when you're not available, it's a simple process. You can specify a preferred location at your residence or business where the package can be safely dropped off, or request for it to be delivered to a different address altogether. This section can be found under Delivery Instructions on the USPS tracking page.



International Orders - Please read and accept the Customs Policy below before you place your order (shipping time estimations do not include any time possibly spent in customs)

 

Customs Policy
Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs


***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

 

Partial Shipping
Wearhause choose to ship items within your order separately, as they are readied. We will partially ship items from your order that are fully processed and ready to be shipped. This is so you will not have to wait for your entire order to be ready, before receiving any of your items.


Lost Packages
Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee


***Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become damaged in transit or lost after delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status.
